1. Reservation and Payment Policy

• Reservation Confirmation – A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods – Payments may be made via bank transfer
• Deposit Policy – We require 100% pre-payment to guarantee the reservation
• Rates and Taxes – Rates are quoted in PHP and include applicable local tax and service charges unless stated otherwise

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
• No-Show penalty is equivalent to the total amount of reservation

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time – 2:00 PM. We are pleased to accommodate guest/s who would like to check in before 02:00 PM, subject to applicable early check-in fees and special boat transfer costs.
• Check-Out Time – 11:00 AM. Late check-out will be subject to room availability. Special boat transfer costs will be charged.
• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
• Security Deposit Fee is required amounting to PHP 2,000. Refundable upon check-out if not consumed. 

4. Regular Boat Schedule and Fees

• Port to Resort - 02:00 PM and 3:30 PM
• Resort to Port - 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM
• Special roundtrip boat transfer between 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM - PHP 2,800 per boat. Maximum of 20 pax

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Damage to Property – Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
• Safety and Security – Guests are advised to secure valuables. The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Behavior – Guests must respect other guests, staff, and the resort environment. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

6. Facilities and Services

• Access to pools, recreational areas, and other amenities is subject to rules and regulations displayed within the resort.
• Pets are allowed on the property. Please see the below pet policy under Other Terms & Conditions.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

7. Liability and Force Majeure

• The resort is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses during your stay. Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
• The resort is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond its control.

8. Other Terms & Conditions:

• Designated Parking Fee: PHP 200/car
• NO LIFE JACKET. NO SWIMMING OR WATER ACTIVITIES
• Swimming and all water activities start at 07:00 AM until 06:00 PM only
• Do not leave your children unattended
• Always swim with company
• Kayaks and Paddle Boards must only be used within 100 meters from the resort
• No noise after 11:00 PM
• No sleeping in the Gazebos at night time
• No dining in the Gazebos. All cottages are equipped with dining tables and chairs
• The Resort is not liable for any loss or damage to any of your personal properties
• Guests shall be charged accordingly for any damage or loss of resort property caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible
• Pets are allowed. Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all time
• Pet fee (security deposit) equivalent to PHP 1,500 per pet must be settled upon check-in. The security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include but are not limited to, stained bedding, stained linen, scratches of furniture, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The room/s will be inspected upon check-out. After confirmation and clearance that no damage was found and no extra cleaning efforts were required, the security deposit shall be returned
• The guest shall pay the pet disinfection cleaning fee equivalent to PHP 2,000 to the room upon check-in. The fee is non-refundable
• Guests will respectably conduct themselves and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premises. Unruly guest/s will be forced out of the resort accordingly
• Always keep your room and resort premises clean. Put trash inside the trash bin
• No smoking inside the room/s
• Only guests aged 18 years and above can consume any form of alcohol
• The resort provides free kitchen and basic cooking utensils. Bringing personal electrical cooking appliances is strictly prohibited
• Gambling activities and bringing of any contraband, weapons, poisons, drugs, and prostitution are strictly prohibited

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Almost Heaven Lake Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review policies upon booking confirmation.
